The 100X System is built upon the backbone of the GiANT TV Leadership Platform. GiANT TV is a combination of both static, and dynamic (live), leadership training, coaching and tools delivered through an online platform.
The goal of this platform is to help the people inside your organization get Healthy (close to 100%), and then Multiply (X) that healthy behavior throughout their teams, and the wider organization.
Your employees are equipped with timeless and proven leadership tools and experiences that allow them to become more self-aware, and better navigate the situations they face on a daily basis in their work.

Leadership Development is for Everyone. Every student, teacher, staff member and administrator is a leader. What could our world look like if we were intentional about developing self awareness, emotional intelligence and leadership competency in our Education sector?
The 5 Voices Team Challenge will help you and your team:
I will provide 1:1 coaching as needed for leaders and/or team members. These sessions are designed for troubleshooting and applying GiANT's leadership tools and principles to everyday issues. Each session typically lasts 60 - 90 minutes, and can be arranged to happen on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly rhythm.
Our Accelerator workshops are key development programs for helping leaders establish a common leadership language within larger segments of the organization or even the entire organization itself. These workshops are great for groups of employees and key team leaders because they provide a common experience for the entire team while also allowing great depth for each individual given the interactivity of the sessions. As such, Accelerators provide the building blocks of a unified culture, giving your organization the language and skills they need to collaborate and communicate more effectively. It is for this reason that we encourage arranging the Accelerators into a series of programs throughout the year that provides continuity and a natural development process. However, they can be used as stand-alone events if desired.
A Leader Intensive is a 1:1 deep-dive with a GiANT Consultant that can be conducted as a 4-hour intensive or 24-hour Intensive.
The purpose of the intensive is to help leaders understand their core identity and define the legacy they want to leave whether in their personal or professional life. During this time of reflection, the participant will identify his or her true personality type and Leadership Voice, as well as assess his or her own life-long leadership journey through the lens of the capabilities and limitations their true type affords. Through this process the leader will build the necessary foundations of self-knowledge that will enable him or her to improve his or her self-leadership and make tangible progress in the months to come whether individually or as part of a chosen GiANT program.
When completed, the Leader Intensive will have helped the participant reach a new level of self-awareness, remove the barriers to success, define a lasting legacy, envision a preferred future or next level of leadership, and define a path to that future through his or her own unique Personal Development Plan. This plan, along with the newfound wealth of self-knowledge, will accompany the leader throughout the rest of his or her leadership journey.
Team Intensives are transformational experiences we offer for teams of 6 - 12. Everyone on your team is uniquely wired with skill sets that, when utilized, can dramatically increase performance. This process helps teams analyze all of the unique skills and wiring on the team, determine the most strategic roles for the members, communicate more effectively, and execute in less time with less headaches.
Team Intensives are transformational experiences we offer for teams of 6 - 12. Everyone on your team is uniquely wired with skill sets that, when utilized, can dramatically increase performance. This process helps teams analyze all of the unique skills and wiring on the team, determine the most strategic roles for the members, communicate more effectively, and execute in less time with less headaches.
Xcelerate is a 12-month process that will help you leverage your greatest asset - your people - to expand and grow your organization. It is designed for teams of up to 5 members within the same organization, or from different organizations, industries, geographical regions, or market segments.
