I am passionate about inspiring others to live intentionally using simple, yet profound visual tools that release us from shame and let us live with humility, security and confidence.

Loyal, Diligent, Pleasant, Hard Working, Competent, Consistent, Intentional, Self-Aware, Authentic, Sincere and Welcoming.

I worked in my family business with 550+ employees for 14 years, the company is known for its amazing culture and wonderful people. I felt surrounded by healthy, competent and humble leaders and realized more people around the world need that type of leader. I felt equipped and ready to be a part of building that culture in any person or company that desires to have it. So I mustered up the courage to leave my family business, and am now happy to be a consultant that is able to bring everything I have learned from being at my family company, and through my training and certifications, to create and serve more companies with cultures that everyone wants to work for.

Giant training with Kayla has been a game changer for our company.  We have grown rapidly over a short amount of time and traversed many challenges over the past few years.  Our managers were in need of direction and tools to help them lead and continue this growth.  This valuable program, along with Kayla’s compassionate guidance, provided the foundation and insight we needed to grow together as a team and a company.  The boost in morale, compassion, and teamwork in our leaders who participated also extended to those they lead.  We are grateful for this experience and the positive effect it has had on our company.

Kayla has had a tremendous impact on both my personal and work wellbeing. I started working with Kayla 3 years ago, seeking help with personal leadership growth and leadership transformation of my team at work. Kayla introduced us to the Giant leadership platform and began to integrate a new language of leadership to our team. Kayla and Giant taught us that work had always been challenging, but not filled with enough support and healthy communication between teammates. Kayla worked with each member of our team, teaching us how to best communicate with one another and how to understand the individual voice orders of each team member.

Given the incredible challenges of COVID that started after our engagement with Kayla, our team was able to thrive in a very challenging time. The improved communication, self-reflexiveness, and honesty achieved from the engagement with Kayla reduced conflict and dramatically increased our team's effectiveness. Without Kayla's support, COVID would have caused far more stress and anxiety than it did.

On a personal level, Kayla has challenged me to be a better leader and a better human being. Her "no-nonsense" attitude is refreshing and effective. Our time spent together always yields realistic perspective, action items, and leads to further personal growth. Every member of our team has grown and become a better human being based on Kayla's coaching. 

Although increased effectiveness in our business is a great outcome for our entire team, the personal growth and transformation of all team members is the real story. I would rather have a healthy team of human beings, than constant growth and efficiency. Kayla has encouraged us to focus on both things, peace and growth. They can be both achieved in harmony if you are intentional.

In essence, Kayla has become a member of our team and an invaluable resource as our journey continues. It will be amazing to see where we can go as our collective leadership improves.
